"Education is the most powerful weapon which we can use to change the world”

In line with our mission to provide less privileged children in Lebanon with quality education through a movement of committed, effective leaders, Teach For Lebanon (TFL) continues to engage in global and regional efforts aimed at strengthening education systems and leadership capacity.
In April 2025, TFL participated in the inaugural Global Forum for Shaping a Better Future, held in Singapore and organized by Teach For All. This event brought together nearly 200 education leaders from five continents, all united in a common goal: to reimagine education and leadership for a rapidly changing world.
The forum focused on three key themes:
Executive Director Janine Weber-el Meouchy represented Teach For Lebanon at the forum, engaged in key conversations, and connected with international stakeholders to advance shared educational goals. Her participation strengthened TFL’s ties within the global education community and contributed to collective discussions on how to best equip students and educators to thrive in the 21st century.
Teach For Lebanon’s involvement in this forum reflects our commitment to learning from diverse international experiences while contributing Lebanon’s unique perspectives to global dialogue. We firmly believe that local transformation is amplified through global collaboration—and that together, we can build a better future for all children, everywhere.
