Matriculation Event

The TFL team and a few members of Cohort 12 welcomed the 26 out of the 34 Fellows-to-be who will form Cohort 13 at a matriculation event at Swings Camp, an outdoor activity park. We first gathered and listened to a word by Mohsen El Husseini, our head of HR, followed a word by Salyne El Samarani, our CEO, then a word by Farah Abu Maita, our head of training and support, and testimonials from three Fellows from Cohort 12 – Dana Ayoubi, Hasan Ghaddar, and Dany Wehbeh – about their experiences of the Fellowship.
Then we did some fun activities to get to know one another (two truths and a lie, human chain, etc.). After these icebreakers, we moved on to a relaxing yoga session led by Agnès Khorassandjian, our former communications manager and, in the beautiful natural setting of Swings Camp. The different activities and interactions allowed everyone to share experiences, knowledge, and stories with one another, as well as to discuss questions regarding our organization, mission, and vision, and the Fellowship.
We wrapped up with lunch and reflections before heading home.
Overall, it was a fun day for everyone!
