From June 30 to July 3rd, 2023, TFL and Access Alumni Coordinator Rodaina Boushaheen was invited by Teach For All to attend the Heads of Alumni Strategy Sprint event in London. 

More than 20 network partners attended the event to foster learning exchange among heads of alumni. Rodaina got the chance to connect with the other heads of Alumni and learn about their strategies and their alumni. 

The main takeaway was the strategic way of looking at alumni community engagement and how to guide alumni to self-organize.
