During the third week of December, each of our Access classes gathered at their schools to attend Christmas and winter holidays mini-events. We were also very excited and happy to host one group of students at TFL's office in Badaro. Programs for these included ice-breaker games; ginger-bread cookie decoration and other season-themed activities; activities featuring Access alumni designed to boost team-building, communication, and critical-thinking skills; and finally a distribution of resources including textbooks, stationery and gifts.

During one of the activities, an Access teacher asked her students to draw a happy moment, and one of the students drew herself in an Access class. It makes us so proud to learn that this program and our talented teachers are not just bringing skills and knowledge to our students but also happiness and safe spaces.
